It is unlikely that the majority of us have not heard or read about this topic at some point because, whether it be through books or videos, there is a good deal of information available on the subject, as well as a good number of people who claim to be able to teach and give instructions. For this reason, I wrote this book to show readers that if a rule is true in and of itself, it cannot be against the laws of nature and science.
